Canada's Constitution

In todays class you will be learning about Canada's constitution and how it has changed. As you are reading, try to think deeper about what a Constitution meant for Indigenous people. How do you think they would have been feeling as this was going on. Think about when we talked about the Royal Proclamation and whether or not that was fair or right.

Read the following three pages and write down the things that you notice about the British North American Act of 1867 and the Constitution Act of 1982.
